• You agree to notify Eatsie immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3. Services

5. Waivers & Indemnity

• Eatsie does not guarantee any specific potency or effect of cannabis products, as individual responses vary.
• Membership and product use are at your own risk.
• You indemnify and hold Eatsie, its employees, agents, and partners harmless against any claims, damages, or legal issues arising from your use, possession, or transport of cannabis products.
• Eatsie will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages related to membership or product use.

6. Duration & Termination

• Membership begins on registration and continues until terminated.
• You may terminate membership at any time with written notice.
• Eatsie may suspend or terminate membership in cases of breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of services.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Products are delivered by courier throughout South Africa (see our Shipping Policy for details).
• Eatsie’s responsibility ends once products are delivered to the nominated address. We are not liable for loss or unauthorised use after delivery.
• Incorrect address submissions may result in additional courier fees, which are the member’s responsibility.

8. Returns & Refunds

• Returns and refunds are subject to the Eatsie Returns & Refund Policy.
• Members must notify Eatsie within 3 working days of delivery if products are incorrect, damaged, or defective.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• Eatsie values your privacy and processes personal information in line with POPIA.
• Your details will only be used to manage membership, orders, and communication.
• We will never sell your information to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Use of this website and our services is at your own risk.
