Returns & Exchanges
At Eatsie, we pride ourselves on quality and customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below.
General Policy
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the order date.
- Products must meet the conditions listed below to qualify.
Proof of Purchase
To process a return or exchange, you must provide a valid receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Clearance & Sale Items
- Clearance and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Condition of Items
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
- Products must be returned in the original, undamaged Eatsie packaging.
- Returns not sent in the original carton may be subject to penalties or rejection due to product damage.
Customer Error Returns
- If a return is due to customer error (e.g., incorrect flavour or strength ordered), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Standard return collection fee within South Africa: R65 (from your door back to our warehouse).
Refund Deductions
- For approved refunds, Eatsie will deduct R130 from the refund amount to cover shipping costs (including original delivery and return).
Company Error Returns
- If a return is required due to an error on Eatsie’s side (e.g., incorrect product sent, damaged item on delivery), we will cover all shipping costs.
