Nationwide Shipping Options

We proudly deliver across South Africa with three convenient options:

1.Value Delivery

Zone-Based Fees: Delivery costs are calculated based on your destination:

  • Local Zones – Lower delivery fees (nearby areas)
  • Main Zones – Standard delivery fees (urban areas)
  • Regional Zones – Higher delivery fees (remote/outlying areas)

Delivery Time: Up to 4 working days from the time your order is dispatched (excludes weekends & public holidays).

2. Express Delivery

  • Zone-Based Fees: Express fees vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.
  • Delivery Time: Delivered within 2 working days from dispatch (subject to courier availability).

3. FREE Delivery

  • Spend R1500 or more in a single order and qualify for free Value Delivery.
  • Delivery Time: Same as Value Delivery (up to 4 working days).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours of cleared payment.
  • During peak periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
  • Order Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and shipping information once your order is placed.

Shipping Restrictions

  • South Africa Only: We currently deliver to addresses within South Africa.
  • No International Shipping is available at this time.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Use this number to track your order via our courier’s website.

Important Information

  • Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding weekends & public holidays.
  • Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery details are accurate and complete. Eatsie is not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Possible Delays: While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, courier backlogs, or other factors beyond our control.
