By using this site, I hereby indemnify Eatsie as follows:

• I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older.
• I understand that the products supplied by Eatsie are cannabis-infused edibles and must be consumed responsibly, in line with the dosage and directions provided on the product packaging and/or advised on the Eatsie website.
• I acknowledge that the effects of cannabis edibles may vary, can take up to 2 hours to activate, and that I must start low and go slow when consuming them.
• If I have questions relating to the products, I will direct them to sales@eatsie.co.za
• I accept that membership of the Eatsie Canna Collective is required to purchase these products. I have been informed of my rights under the POPI Act, and I understand that my personal information will be processed in accordance with Eatsie’s Privacy Policy.
• I undertake to abide by the membership terms of the Eatsie Canna Collective.
